my.sonatype: the self-service Customer platform
Working closely with the Customer Experience Engineering team, I designed user flows for feature sets that explore organization creation, navigation of help systems, and payment integrations.
The goal was to establish a seamless end-to-end experience across all microsites on one platform for customers who use Sonatype products.
PROBLEM
How might customers find information about Sonatype products and services efficiently on a one-stop-shop platform?
